A Little Something About Me 

My name is Marcello Barenghi. Some says I'm one of the best artists in the world, I studied Art, I graduated in Architecture, and for 15 years I have been working at Blockbuster as a shop assistant. I’m serious! I tried working as a freelance illustrator but, really, the experience was so disappointing that, at 23 of age and for 20 years, I stopped drawing, taking the best years of my life away from art.

If I hadn't lost my job in 2013, you would probably never have seen my drawings. Unemployed and with nothing to lose, I opened my Youtube channel and I started drawing again, getting this time a lot of success. That's why I will never thank you enough. You supported me and, drawing after drawing, I grew up, and with me also so many young artists inspired by my work (#marcellobarenghiinspired). 
Today I'm a full-time artist. I'm a youtuber, I work with popular Brands and I teach my drawing technique on Patreon.

My mixed media technique
My aim has always been to draw well. Since I was a child, in fact, I have tried to improve my drawings in search of the perfect media, until I found out that the perfect media is made up of so many media. I studied art, but I have never been satisfied with school training, using my spare time to experiment with other techniques that they didn't teach at school. My mixed technique allows immediate improvements, once understood and acquired you can create anything with confidence and find your own way.
